Ingredients & Allergen Information

Below is a list of ingredients and allergens for the cake flavours on my menu. 

As all cake orders are bespoke using a variety of decorations, colours and flavours it is only possible to list the ingredients and allergens for my basic sponge cakes, fillings and icings. 

 

It is imperative that I am notified of any allergen requirements at the time of booking so that I can ensure that all decorations, colours and flavours used for your order are free of allergens.  If an ingredient is unavailable at the time of baking a substitute will be used

 

Some ingredients are produced on production lines handling NUTS and I store and handle nuts in my kitchen.
